The problems related to work are not unknown to anybody. We have even observed the unfavorable "fatigue" influence of revealing to extended stress. Your health may be touched either by direct internal damage or by bad behavioral effects.


Few behavioral effects of stress:

You may very easily know about the behavioral aftermaths of an overemphasized life style. Whenever under The Stress, some individuals are more likely to drink alcohol massively or smoke, for the sake of having instant synthetic reprieve from the stress.


Bulky workload does not let people to manage their food and health nicely. They can have no sleep, or will worry so much that they sleep terribly. Some people may get so much carried away with work & facing routine stresses in such a way that they do not have a single second to see the physician or dentist when they require to. Finally all this come out to be bad for your well being.


Stress and heart malady

The connection between stress and heart disease is well-established. If stress is intensified, and stress hormones are not 'spent' by bodily movement, our elevated rate of heart and extreme BP firm arteries & cause damage to them. This decreases the supply of blood and oxygen to the heart as artery walls get scarred and thicken even after the treatment of damage performed by the human body naturally.
