Yoga means union in The Sanskrit language. It is the improvement of balance in the body via improving flexibility. Anyhow there are additional advantages as well. Yoga helps reduce anxiety in the body, enhance joint mobility, ease lower back pain by strengthening the spine. Some of the major benefits of Yoga are improvement of endocrine system, immune system, blood circulation and disgestion system.


Yoga even has good things to the mental state of the body. Yoga supports you in stress management, sharpening your concentration and relaxing your mind and the body. It even helps boost self-control which could be a top-most benefit in our daily lives.


I suggest you must practice one or two types of Yoga at least if you are a newcomer in this field. It is not put in writing anywhere to try out only one type of Yoga daily. I prefer Ashtanga Yoga best, but I even visit rare Hatha and Iyengar Yoga classes for a bit of sort.


Four forms of Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga let us to have salvation or moksha. The moksha offers you perpetual freedom from the troubles of death and lives. Therefore, Yoga raises you religiously.
