Do You Like To Know About Headache? [Apr. 15th, 2006|12:32 pm]

We have four types of headache: traction, muscular
contraction,
inflammatory and vascular. It is migraine, which is the most common
vascular headache. The characteristics of migraine are acute pain on
one side or both the side of the head, at times blurred sight and also
your stomach could be upset. Women might be likely than men to have head pain headaches.

Next to migraine, the another most common kind of vascular
headache
is the toxic headache occured by fever. Other sorts of vascular
headaches comprise "cluster" headaches. The "cluster" headache causes
frequent occurences of intense pain, as well as neuralgia resulting
from high BP.

Hereafter, the second most usual kind of headache is muscle
contraction, which is also called tension headache, it causes the
contractions of muscles.

There are various other kinds of headaches called inflammatory
and
traction, which are characteristics of various other complications,
extending from the infection of stroke to sinus. Similar to other
painful experiences, headaches can serve as warning sirens of more
dangerous illness. This is peculiarily true for head pain caused by inflammation,
including those resulting from diseases of the ears, neck, teeth,
sinuses and spine.

Can we have any cure?

Whenever headaches take place three or more than that in a
month,
defensive cure is generally commended. Drug cure, biofeedback training,
stress reduction, and elimination of certain foods from the diet are
the most common methods of preventing and controlling migraine and
other vascular headaches.

Daily exercise, like vigorous jogging, also reduce the
recurrence and intensity of
pain in head headaches
. Drug therapy for migraine is often
incorporated with biofeedback and relaxation training.
