The problems related to work are not hidden from any individual. We have even witnessed the terrible "exhausion" affect of revealing to long-lasting stress. These effects can too affect your fitness - either with direct physiological damage to your body, or with bad behavioral effects.
The Stress behavioral effects:
Overemphasized trend behavioral effects are apparent to explain. When suffering from The Stress, some people are more likely to drink alcohol immensely or smoke, for attaining instantaneous chemical respite from stress.
Few have no time to look after their health. They can not sleep, or will worry so much that they sleep badly. They may get so much carried away with their work and facing everyday stresses that they don't have time to visit the doctor or dentist whenever they would like to. Ultimately all this establish bad for your health.
Stress and heart sickness are related!!.
There is well-established relation between the stress and the heart disease. If the stress is strong, & stress hormones are not 'spent' by bodily activity, our raised rate of heart and elevated BP put tension on the arteries and can hurt them. This lowers the supply of blood and oxygen to heart as artery walls get scarred and thicken also after healing of damage done by the human body in the natural way. |
