In The Sanskrit language Yoga stands for union. It is the growth of body balance via growing strength and flexibility. However these are just some benefits offered by Yoga. Yoga assists ease anxiety in your body, raise joint movements, ease lower back pain by intensifying the spine. Yoga not only makes your body flexible or strong but also increases your digestion system, immune system, endocrine system and increases blood circulation.


Yoga too has good things to the mental state of the body. Yoga may not only grow your body systems but also develop your concentration, relaxes your body and mind and keeps your mind free from stress. You will become self-disciplined with Yoga.


I recommend you could perform some selected Yoga types at least if you're a beginner in this field. There is no firm rule that tells you have to do only one sort of Yoga. I prefer Ashtanga Yoga the best, but I also pay a visit to rare Iyengar and Hatha Yoga classes for a bit of type.


The four forms of yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga, generally preach distinct ways of attaining salvation or moksha. That's the eternal freedom, freedom from deaths and lives, freedom from good and evil. Hence Yoga is the methods of theistic education.
