All of us are pretty familiar with the aftermaths of the bulky workload & the resultant stress. We have even observed the negative "weariness" influence of disclosure to long-lasting stress. These consequences will too affect your well being - either with direct biological hurt to your body, or with devastating behavioral effects.
The behavioral effects of stress
The behavioral aftermaths of an over-stressed trend are easy to interpret. When suffering from The Stress, certain people are in the habit to drink immensely or can smoke, for attaining instant chemical relief from the stress.
Other people may have great work to do that they don't regular workout or eat ideally. Some can not have a wink of sleep at all or some sleep terribly because of cumbersome stress. They may become so much busy in their work and undergoing everyday pressures in such a way that they don't have time to see the physician or dentist when they wish to. Ultimately all this prove bad for your health condition.
The Stress & heart malady
Manytimes the heart diseases are the final result of the stress. If stress is strong, and the hormones of stress aren't 'depleted' by physical activity, our increased rate of heart and elevated blood pressure firm arteries and cause damage to these organs. As the body cures this damage, the walls of arteries get scarred & freeze, which can decrease the supply of blood & oxygen to the heart. |
