What causes Headache? [Apr. 15th, 2006|12:35 pm]

There are four kinds of headache: traction, muscular
contraction,
inflammatory and vascular. It is migraine, which is the most familiar
vascular headache. Migraine headaches are generally characterized by
unbearable pain on one or both sides of the head,an disturbed stomach,
and, often, vision could be blurred. Girls are inclined than the males
to get hangover headaches.

After migraine, the another most general type of vascular
headache is
the toxic headache occured by fever. Various other types of vascular
headaches include "cluster" headaches. This headache may cause repeated
events of intense pain, and also head
pain
because of high blood pressure.

The second headache, muscle contraction headaches look to
involve the contraction of neck as well as facial muscles.

There are various other sorts of headaches called inflammatory
and
traction, which are characteristics of another complications, varying
from the infection of stroke to sinus. It has been seen that in some
particular serious disorder cases, headache is the first sign, hence,
it should not be neglected. This is peculiarily true for headache caused by irritation,
along with those which produced from diseases of the teeth, ears, neck,
spine and sinuses.

Do we have any remedy?

If you are experiencing headaches frequently then do not waste
time
& go for thorough check up. To prevent and check migraine and
other
vascular headaches, you can go for drug cure, stop taking anxiety or
tension, get training of biofeed back and reduce certain foods from
your diet.

Everyday exercise, such as vigorous walks, can also lessen the
regularity and severity of
pain in head issues
. Drug cure for migraine is at times
combined with biofeedback and relaxation training.
