We are fairly accustomed with the consequences of the cumbersome work pressure and the resultant stress. We've also observed some negative "exhausion" effect of exposure to long-lasting stress. These effects will also influence your well being - either with direct internal harm to your body, or with harmful behavioral effects.
The behavioral effects of the stress
You can simply learn regarding the behavioral consequences of an over-stressed trend. Whenever under The Stress, some persons are more likely to drink alcohol heavily or smoke cigarettes, for the sake of getting instant synthetic reprieve from the stress.
Persons have no time to take care of their health. It could be they have no sleep at all or they sleep terribly. They can get so busy in their job and undergoing daily stresses that they don't take a single second to see the physician or dentist whenever they would like to. All of these are potential to hurt your health.
The Stress & heart diseases
In many cases heart malady are the final result of stress. If stress is intensified, & stress hormones aren't 'spent' by physical movement, our elevated rate of heart and the extreme BP put tension on arteries & cause damage to them. As the body mends the damage, artery walls scar & thicken, which may reduce the supply of blood & oxygen to the heart. |
