Yoga stands for union in Sanskrit language. Yoga builds body strong and flexible, rising balance in the body. Anyhow there are more uses as well. Yoga supports decrease stress in your body, enhance mobility of joint, ease lower back pain by intensifying the spine. Yoga not only forms your body flexible or strong but also increases your digestion system, immune system, endocrine system and increases blood circulation.
Yoga also has profits to the mental condition of body. Yoga supports you in stress management, sharpening your concentration and relaxing your mind and the body. But then Yoga will even make you discipline.
In case if you're just beginning or have never carried out any Yoga before, I recommend going for certain unique kinds of yoga to find out what you like proper. It has not been put in writing any where to try out only one type of Yoga each and everyday. Asthanga Yoga is my favorite one but I too try out Iyenagar Yoga and Hatha Yoga for a variety.
Four types of Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga benefit us to have moksha or salvation. You can get rid of the circle of good and evils forever after obtaining salvation. Therefore other meaning of Yoga is total religious education. |
