The problems related to work are not unknown to anybody. We have also witnessed the horrible "exhausion" affect of revealing to long-term stress. These consequences will also affect your well being - either with direct physiological hurt to your body, or with bad behavioral effects.


Certain behavioral effects of stress:

You will easily know regarding the behavioral consequences of an overemphasized lifestyle. When suffering from The Stress, certain individuals are more likely to drink alcohol heavily or can smoke cigarettes, for having instant synthetic respite from stress.


Few have no time to look after themselves. They may cut down on sleep, or may get disturbed so much that they sleep exceptionally. They will become so busy in work & meeting everyday stresses that they don't have time to see the physician or dentist if they wish to. It may likely to harm your health.


Stress & heart malady are inter-related!!.

In many cases heart malady are the ultimate result of stress. In case if the stress is intensified, and the hormones of stress aren't 'used' by bodily action, our increased heart rate and the high BP tense the arteries & cause damage to them. As the human body heals the damage, artery walls scar & thicken, which can decrease the supply of blood & oxygen to the heart.
