Yoga equals union in The Sanskrit language. Yoga keeps body strong and flexible, growing body balance. But there are other benefits as well. Yoga benefits relieve tension in your body, improve mobility of joint, decrease back pain by intensifying the spine. It increases your endocrine system, immune system, blood circulation and disgestion system.


Yoga too has uses to the body’s mental state. Yoga supports you in stress management, relaxing your mind and the body and sharpening your concentration. You will become self-disciplined with Yoga.


You would your self observe discrepancies in you and your body when you start following Yoga daily. It has not been written any where to follow only one type of Yoga each and everyday. Asthanga Yoga is my favorite one however I also practice Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga for a variety.


There are four forms of Yogas, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga. Every Yoga type teach us how to obtain moksha. That is the forever freedom, freedom from deaths and lives, freedom from good and evil. In simple words Yoga is the methods of spiritual refinement.
