Bush Upbeat as Iraq Burns Is the Bush Administration playing Nero and fiddling while Baghdad burns? According to Bob Herbert, "How is it that [Bush] ultimately came to see the fiasco in Vietnam so clearly but remains so blind to the frighteningly similar realities of his own war in Iraq?
