08:34 am - The perfect country and western song..
One of my coworkers loves to karaoke. So one day I and a friend went to the bar he goes to sing. I was very berry drunk, my friend was not since one of us had to drive. Anyway when I get there I sing a couple songs that I know, one of them is the Perfect country and western song. I got all into it, I even did the david allen coe monologue before the last verse.
That being said, I came to work today to a voicemail of him singing the perfect country and western song on his cell phone.. made me smile. He wants me to go back and show everyone how big of an ass I can be.. I've been putting it off.
Last night I opened my wine, and was pleasently suprised. It was still too early for me to open it, but I have to know if I should even send it as a gift. I was able to drink most the bottle easily enough, but it was very dark for a pinot. It was also alittle bubbly, I'm not sure If its cause I didnt let it sit out long enough, or stir it during the last step, or if the bubbles will dissapate the longer its stored.
Plan is, to go ahead with shipping, but leave warnings to not open for a couple months. I'm on a deadline, what with mothers day and birthdays coming up.
