Yoga means union in The Sanskrit language. Yoga keeps body strong, growing balance in the body. But Yoga allows you many times more than that. Yoga aides cut down tension in the body, enhance mobility of joint, reduce lower back pain by strengthening the spine. It increases your digestion system, immune system, endocrine system and increases blood circulation.
Yoga even has profits to the body’s mental state. It helps boost body attentiveness, eases stress patterns in the body, supports growing concentration, soothes the the body and the mind. It also aides develop self-discipline which could be a top-most help in our day-to-day lives.
I recommend you should practice some selected types of Yoga at least if you're a beginner in this field. It has not been penned any where to perform only one kind of Yoga each and everyday. I like Ashtanga Yoga best, but I even visit occasional Iyengar and Hatha Yoga classes for more sort.
The four forms of yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga, generally talk about several ways and means of getting moksha or salvation. In other words the forever freedom, freedom from deaths and lives. So different meaning of Yoga is full divine illumination. |
