The work-related problems are not hidden from anyone. We have also observed some horrible "fatigue" influence of exposure to extended stress. These consequences may too affect your well being - either with direct physiological harm to your body, or with harmful behavioral effects.


The behavioral consequences of the stress

Over-stressed culture behavioral effects are easy to explain. When suffering from Stress, some individuals are in the habit to drink massively or smoke, for attaining immediate synthetic relief from stress.


Some have no time to look after their health. It might be that they have no sleep at all or they sleep like anything. They can become so much carried away with their work & meeting routine pressures in such a way that they do not take a single second to see the physician or dentist whenever they need to. Eventually, ruined health condition.


How the stress is linked to heart malady?

In most of the cases the heart diseases are the ultimate result of stress. In case if the stress is strong, & the hormones of stress aren't 'used' by bodily activity, our increased heart rate and elevated blood pressure put tension on arteries & hurt these organs. This lessens the blood supply and oxygen to heart as artery walls get scarred and freeze even after the treatment of damage executed by the human body in the natural way.
