Having blood pressure is very common these days, even small children are experiencing it. The sad part is, as there are no diagnostics, you could not even be attentive of it. Not treated high blood pressure can even lead to heart attack, congestive heart failure, stroke, or kidney failure. There is contribution of various factors to this disorder that are both under our restriction, and even not. The alone way to determine if you are suffering from high blood pressure is to have your blood pressure diagnosed. You can even name your high BP as a Silent Killer since it is not certainely apparent but very dangerous.
All the essential functions of your body are performed by your brain, hence, it should recieve smooth blood flow. Your blood vessels will become feeble, if you are experiencing high BP regularly. Sometimes these cracked up vessels can break, and blood can leak into the brain. It can also cause stroke because this afflicted area of brain would become numb. A stroke will happen, if the blood lump stops the flow of blood in a thin artery. You would experience severe headache, difficulty in speaking, a slight paralysis on one side of your body including numbness or weakness of arm, leg or face, when you get a stroke. |
